    Lpvo recommendations for shtf rifle

    In your price range the only correct answer is Gen 2e razor. Only scope I’d pick over it is a 1-8 Atacr but the additional cost is not justified in my opinion.

    Night Vision Daytime scope for LR clip on

    I use a 3-20 ultra short and 1-6 LPVOs with my clip ons. I also have it zeroed for a 5-25 pm2 but it’s too much mag on the low end and I don’t like it that much for that use.

    I don’t know the model number but the height I can measure when I get home. I’d imagine it’s in the 1.25 ish ballpark. Good height for large 50-56mm bell scopes

    FNH SCAR 17S Optic For NV

    NV in particular is known to have issues with recoil. Special designs are taken into consideration for units that go on high caliber rifles. I’m not saying you can’t find a NV unit that will hold up to a scar 17, but for me I’d find another weapon platform to use NV with.
