    Why don’t you just get a MCS TCS and remove the weights. Mine was 14.5lbs in a TCS with bipod. That was from 12lbs in a LRH. This is a fully loaded rifle 5 rounds, bipod, scope and muzzle break.

    Not yet, my lower is still in 10 day jail (CA law). But I know the barrel shoots well already as I pulled it out of another receiver set. I’m not worried, it will be fine. I am interested to see if a adjustable gas block will fit correctly?

    It’s tight, BUT it has plenty of room. It was hard to get centered photos with the phone. I wouldn’t go any bigger.

    Got my builders kit. I guess I can see how people say the hardware is meh. Gas block is tight, mine is a 18” proof barrel with a badger MK12 GB. Fits either way space, but it’s close. I think I’d get a smaller profile gas block if I could. But this is what I had.
