    I've got a 96/44 Ruger lever gun that I'm trying to find someone to thread. Most don't want to mess with something out of the ordinary but I think it would be fun. the 44 bolt guns with integral cans are pretty cool, thought the lever might be cool, fast and quiet.

    Talk me out of a folder

    I bought a folder (MDT ACC) but mainly because I wanted to be able to shorten the rifle for transport and bags and if I decide to carry it longer distances. Looking at the mechanics, I would doubt it would develop any play unless it was seriously abused (more so than run of the mill abuse).
