    First suppressor decisions???

A lot of recommendations that will come in a thread like this come from shooters that only have one or two cans and that is generally the can they will recommend. It is typically not the view of the current market. There will be a lot of great recommended cans but are they a good fit for what...

    SP10M vs SP10

Sorry, I poorly articulated my question. The difference between the Seekins and the GAP in price is $1000+ and it looks like the only difference in the barrel. Is it worth the extra money? Or do they shoot similar?

Is the Bartlein worth the extra grand + for the Gap-10 G2?

LaRue Big Bore Match Grade Uppers

Do they even have anything precision like that? Seems like it's out of their wheel house and the production numbers would be so low that's what's the point.

LaRue Big Bore Match Grade Uppers

I don't know if they have updated the requirements from 2021 but the objective requirements for the MRSS-S are pretty hardcore (https://events.sofwerx.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/MRGG-S-Objectives-Statement-23JUN21-002.pdf) and some of them would only work with LMT and LaRue like quick-change...

LaRue Big Bore Match Grade Uppers

I would probably do 6.5 and if the barrel is worth anything turn it down to 18". I am only really interested because of the upper fitment with the SR25. If the barrel sucks I guess I could unf**k it and put a proof barrel on it.

LaRue Big Bore Match Grade Uppers

LaRue just sent out an email with their Match Grade Uppers in stock and is having a Valentine's Day Upper-Grade Sale with both the 18" 308 and 22" 6.5 uppers for $1600. Does anyone have any thoughts on these? I have an SR25 and was thinking of picking up the 22" 6.5 to play around with on my...

    Semi-Auto Rifle Grip Techniques

If I am shooting groups I will often roll into the "precision grip" but other than that, I use the traditional. I shoot enough ARs outside of precision that my muscle memory is for the traditional grip.

    Cryptic coatings questions

SOTAR is the School of the American Rifle. You can find most of his work as far as gauging BCG and guns on youtube - https://www.youtube.com/@InstructorChad. As a general rule, he is not that big of a fan of fancy coatings on BCGs unless it's chrome or NP3 like the SIONICS BCG which is one of...

Beautiful gun. I love how you have covered the shell deflector so you don't scratch your paint.

Please help me spend my money...I'm down to two

If you want a 25 I have a feeling you are right on the cusp of them turning out the next batch (especially if you just picked up a lower and just need an upper). If you have the jing, it is an amazing rifle. My personal feeling is if you are going to use it in the field the 25 is the way to go...
