    6ARC & 6.5 Grendel for 400-1000YD range shooting

    I think the arc likes more barrel than the grendel yes? With that thought, I really like a an 18 or 20 grendel, but would bias longer for sure if shooting towards 1000 yards. Same thinking plus a little more barrel if 6mm arc was my next build.

    I'd think a basic set screw type could be made simply or that one modded to give you as much adjustability as needed. Set and forget. Bleed off or click adjustable would be more of a project than I'd want to start, but maybe doable too?

    Have a rem700 here with a jewell trigger installed. Appears to be missing the screw on the pull weight adjustment! Bad luck since I guess jewell is dead now?     Op, you should be able to run a 300g bullet to 900 or 950 fps without much trouble. Likely best to use a lighter bullet meant to expand from a pistol at low velocity as long as you can take a clean shot.
