    Buy or Build Sub 7 pound hunting rifle?

    I would look at the Barrett Fieldcraft at 5.2lbs. I believe they make one in a 30-06. I have one in 6.5 cm with Leupold vx5hd and it’s at 6.12lbs all up. They have great accuracy. 3/4 moa 5 shot groups with everything I’ve shot.

    My new 6.5 24in ctr barrel is getting 2730 with 140 Hornady American Gunner. ES is around 35 but the accuracy with this cheap ammo is pretty remarkable. First two groups out of the gun where .25 moa at 100... not sure if I stretch it out really far how it will do with such a big ES spread but...

    Rifle Scopes Vortex Razor LH 2-10 review

    I would save money and go with the 2-10!! Especially if only shooting out to 300 yards. I was hitting 18in steel plate at 800 yards with my 2-10. It’s the not the best for extended range (600+) but hitting vitals 300 will be easy. That scope is extremely bright and very easy to get behind.

    Loving the krg bravo in my brand new Tikka CTR 6.5. I attached the acra rail and spigot Mount. Oh and the tikkas shoot lights out with American Gunner 140’s. Shots 2,3,4 and 5,6,7 after initial bore sight at 100 yards.

    So I’ve got a serious problem. I started load development with RL 33 and 195. I started at 85gr-87.4. I started seeing pressure around 87.1gr. My best consistent loads were at 85.2 with avg speeds 3050... gun was shooting great for 50 rounds... fast forward to resizing and loading same powder...
