    McMillan A4 v A5?

    I’ve had both, I don’t know if the reach is any longer, but I’m pretty sure the A4 grip is fatter, which changes the feel of it and probably the reach somewhat I guess..

    Have you opened up your feedlips at all? I’ve found that if you open the feed lips up too much, ( in the wrong places ) the case can get to high and the feed lips will dig into the sides of it- I file, sand, polish as well..

    I love short barrels, just not for PRS.. I shoot a braked, 28” barrel on my 6.5, I need any advantage I can get, me being a rookie and not being able to make it to a lot of matches.. As your fellow shooter, I’ll support whichever route you go, because it’s YOUR rifle!!

    Rem 700 feed problems in KRG Bravo

    Not sure what I did right or wrong, but my Magpul’s run really good in my 700, I did I file a little material off the back of the feedlips, so that when a mag gets pushed straight up my bolt will still close..(my feedramp is notched btw) That being said I mainly run Accurate mags in mine..

    So the best mount in the world now requires rosin? I’m confused, is this to prevent marring or to enhance grip?? I’ve never had a a scope slip in any brand of rings, or my Spuhr mount, when using the correct torque specs..but I’m not shooting a 20mm Vulcan either

    I wasn’t satisfied with the little bit of creep and sponginess I experienced, not a bad trigger tho.. I moved to Triggertech Specials in both my guns, and I’m very happy with them. If I was you I would take a hard look at the new 2 stage from Triggertech..
