    JP SCR-11 weight

    Roughly around 6-7lbs, as Jasonfaz said it all depends on how you set it up. Stocks can make a 1lb -2.0lb difference, scopes can add on a 1lb or so, and also anything else you put on it. My JP LRP-07 with 18" barrel and UBR stock with a Swarovski Z6I scope comes in under 10.0lbs.

    JP's are super accurate and highly reliable but also light for a .308, Larue Tactical makes a fine rifle no doubt but for the money and customer service they don't even come close to JP Enterprise.

    "Preferred" Back up Iorn Sight set.

    TROY and KAC are my two favorite. But I will be honest with you I took mine off and have never looked back, if you get the right scope it will serve as both a red dot scope for close quarters and magnifaction for long range. I have a Swarovski Z6i brt and it is the best of both worlds.

    No brainer JP LRP-07, GAP-10, Larue OBR, and finally KAC SR-25. Any of these will do that with no problem.

    My JP LRP-07 with a Swarovski Z6i scope comes in just under 10.0lbs, now that is not light but for a .308 AR rifle it is pretty damn good. Not to mention it has very little recoil and allows for super fast follow up shots. Love my JP
