    You're obviously unfamiliar with the the FORSTER COAX press or the quick change bushings available for other single stage presses. There is no need anymore to screwing around (literally) screwing & unscrewing dies into presses anymore.

    A progressive press doesn't just "do" one round at a time, it normally does several steps on several cartridges at a time. A single stage completes one step on one cartridge at a time. It's not that precision ammo can't be loaded on a progressive but unless you're loading for a high volume gun...

    I dont make it myself but have friends that do. They have had good success with making the brass and Lehigh bullets. They do complain about how much work & time it takes forming the brass though. But it shoots well.

    Unless your customer can load his own he may want to consider a different caliber. Barrett 416 brass is scarce & loaded ammo ever scarcer. Everyone I know shooting that caliber loads their own and makes tbeir brass from cut down & necked 50 caliber brass.
