    Check out their website. Very friendly people running it and facilities are basically new. Targets always kept painted. Sometimes see deer and even bear wandering around the targets. Amazing place.

    Sheepdog Warrior is a great range with steel out to 1000 yds. It is a few minutes off exit 20 of the New York Thruway (Saugerties), but worth the drive for me. I live in Fairfield county. I used to be a member of Granby bow before they had problems with their 1000 yd range.

    I have owned and shot Berettas and Benellis. The Berettas feel slightly softer shooting than Benellis. The 12 does have more recoil than the 20, but is also heavier which soaks up some of the felt recoil. Both of my daughters preferred shooting a 12 ga over a 20 ga as the 20 recoil felt sharper...
