Not enough chamfer on my case mouths?

Instead of hacking away at the case mouth with all manner of cutting tools use a Lyman "M" die in the proper caliber. That will improve with neck tension consistency and will not let case mouth scratch the bullets anymore. Best 20 bucks you'll ever spend

Gunsmithing REM 700 bolt face ruined?

There is nothing wrong with that bolt. And the "chunk" out of the lug is just the notch for the anti bind rail inside the receiver.

FN SPR am I expecting to much ?

I would measure the throat and see how far the bullets have to jump to get to rifling, then adjust the seating depth to bring the ogive of the bullet closer (without affecting feeding) to the leade. Adjust up and down until you hit a node the rifle likes. Good luck!

    Gunsmithing Remington 700 stiff bolt

You have a burr on the end of the firing pin spring so when you go to open the bolt this burr catches the inside of the firing pin tunnel. Take the spring off the firing pin and grind down the sharp edges on the very ends of the spring. That should cure your problem
