    AI ax 338 vs surgeon ax 338?

    Went with a Surgeon in 300 Norma, and it was the best move I've ever made. I can not believe how consistently accurate it is. Surgeon built, 1581xl, Kreiger, Manners.

    375 SnipeTac hangfires

    Had good success for Federal 215's and Retumbo with Sierra 350 MK's @ 3115 (375 Cheytac) , Also had good experiences with H50 bmg and Fed. 215s in a 338 Snipetac. Very good stout ignition with both calibers and the Fed 215s.

    Ugsly, I have been using H50-bmg with Hornady-208 Amax's, Here in Fairbanks the powder leaves the shelves realy fast, especialy H1000 and Retumbo. I have been very satisfied with the results so far. As there is no load data to be found, I started at 85 grains and went to 94 with no pressure...
