Since they mill their own parts how hard would it be to make them at least match up aesthetically though? Their large frame guns look like they match up well together. I'd expect that for the premium they demand over a standard AR-15.
Troy makes an M Lok handguard.

Looks like the Gen 1 Mapgpul MBUS. They didn't have a spring loaded detent. You adjusted it for elevation and then stuck a roll pin in the hole to line up with the applicable notch on the front sight post.
I'm betting the Aero Precision adjustable gas block would fit. It's no bigger than a regular micro gas block. I have one with a Geissele handguard. Works just like an SLR block but costs less.
Well hopefully the OP has found a BCG by now since he started this thread in 2018. I'll still throw in my $.02. I had no issues using an LMT MWS BCG with a Criterion .308 barrel a few years back, headspaced fine.
One thing I've been noticing lately is people overusing the word "itself" when reviewing firearms, or parts of a firearm. Seems like a redundant word to me. Maybe they think it makes them sound smarter? Count how many times this dude uses it when reviewing the new Aero Solus.
