    You are almost describing my old rifle! Only thing I had different was a LMT BCG and a KAC receiver extension with an H3 buffer and an LMT MWS spring. I had no issues with that rifle and it was mostly shot suppressed.

    I know many of those as well. Most boast about how much many they will make when they retire out of active duty with their mil retirement and their 100% disability. Most if it is stuff like you mentioned; sleep apnea, ringing in the ears, acne, etc.

    I have the same barrel and it is very accurate for the price. Here are a few 50 yard groups with some of my 55gr Hornady FMJ reloads, 24.5 grains of TAC on the left and 24.5 grains of H335 on the right. Scope used is a 1-6x Delta Stryker. I think I'm going to start using TAC for all of my 223...

    I have a Delta Stryker 1-6 and the illumination is daylight bright. Its also made in Japan. I've seen a few on the used market in your price range.

    You are most certainly just paying for a name with Kreeger, Bartline, and Prove. Bear Creek Arsenal is where the real accuracy lies. They are probably the best kept secret in the AR game. All of mine are sub half moa with M855!

    I have one. I don't have many rounds through it but so far it cycles my reloads just fine. I had a FSB pinned for a retro-ish look.
