    Gen 2 Aero lowers have a nylon tipped tensioning screw under the grip. Tighten it up until you find a happy medium of slop and being able to push the takedown pin out.

    One of my tightest fitting upper/lower sets is an Anderson set. The Craddock spun Bartlein barrel fits pretty snug in the upper as well. Too bad CrabsandFootbal isn't here to call me a poor.
