    I was staying with both ROs the entire weekend and was there when they provided the MD the details of the situation. They do not know the shooter personally so they are not covering up anything for anyone. Doubt anyone else is either and instead, the decision was made with the information provided.

    Don’t blame the ROs . I know them personally, they brought it up, and provided the details to the MD. Whatever decision was made after that, did not come from the ROs. They did exactly what they were told, which was to let the MD handle any issues.

    It weighs about 6.8 lbs with the head. I have carried it and does add weight but I carried it in my Eberlestock just fine. I would reconsider for a match that requires a lot of hiking though.

    I am using the RRS-TA3 leveling base with my 364C. I had to swap out the RRS bowl and install the bowl that was included with the tripod, so that it locks in properly. No issues at all.

    JTAC was supposed to open Feb 2018 but was deleayed due to permits. They finally got them and are currently working on moving dirt. They posted that they are going to open Feb 2019 on their Facebook page.

    Leofoto 364c and RRS leveling head

    I have the 364c and TA-3 leveling head. You will have to swap out the bowl on the TA-3 with the one that is supplied with the 364C. That will allow it to lock in place.
