    Eurooptic still has the Leica CRF 2000-B on sale for $399 and that should be with free shipping. Great glass and electronics. I'm in Texas so we don't have the snow issue clyancey had. No issues getting reads on deer out to 400-500 depending on weather conditions. Hard to pass that deal up.

    Rifle Scopes FFP vs SFP for a do all

    Think of what your zero is going to be and your max point blank range. 400 and in is not going to require a FFP scope if you're shooting a faster cartridge. I hunt with both SFP and FFP...I don't feel hindered by either one, but I take the scope that fits the requirement for that particular hunt.

    morgan nailed it. If you can spot your impact on target then you have a better idea of wind for farther targets.

    XLR Carbon vs. AI AX Chassis

    I have run both and the AX post 2014 chassis just works for me. Best advice is to try and get behind both at the range and actually shoot.
