    Not heard of that but generally I’d rather run 220grs at 1100fps than 150grs or the more common 120grs at 1100fps. Capping your velocity that low already puts a big dent in energy figures; I’d hate to dig that hole deeper with 70-100 fewer grains of mass.

    Interface with the barrel extension, followed by fit to the lower (including tightness/slop in the pins) are the most important aspects of an upper receiver for a precision build.     Being a cop is so incredibly difficult. There are hundreds of interactions like this every day where guys have to make life and death decisions, and the vast majority of them get it right every time. We don’t pay them enough. Yeah, not much sympathy for the “victim” or the family on this one.
