    Best flow through suppressor

    I already have dedicated suppressors for PRS, hunting, magnums. I'm looking at a can for my AR in 223. I'm not interested in trying long range with it. I'm probably looking at a steel or inconel hard use suppressor that will reduce the backflow into the AR.

    I'm using a Bergara BXR for positional training. It's cheap, accurate, and fun. Building another rifle just for training purposes would be a huge waste. I'd rather just buy more barrels.

    Some fuds at public gun ranges. A Fud with an AR was shooting a target in lane next to. His target was at 50 yards, mine was at 100. He claimed that I was shooting his target. RO comes over and tells me not to shoot his target. His target group side is minute of barn at 50 yards.
