    The Fix from Q

Welp, that's a bummer. Hope it's back in your hands soon and good to go. My original barrel (bartlien tooley) was shooting at best a little over 1 moa, it went in and when it came back with a new tube it was much better then half with factory ELDMs. So I've got faith in their CS dept

    The Fix from Q

Ya, BR2s are very soft. You aren't dreaming the primer pocket ? I messed up that and went deep enough an AI AW had problems igniting BR2s and that rifle had a very aggressive firing pin.

Ill be curious what they say. With correct FP protrusion this shouldn't happen. Even with the cartridge able to move forward .004" more then normal it should have plenty of depth to strike an ignition

    The Fix from Q

I'd give it a year. Mostly because even if the rifle is good SIG is terrible about dropping products and/or gen2'ing them due to issues at release. I also doubt it'll be any different Indian MIM part wise and could have early parts breaking. I'll skip .277 Fury if its a two piece clipped case...

Thoughts on the Trijicon Ventus. "wind reader"

I've been trying to explain this to people as well and feel pretty validated to see two people I highly respect the opinions of share it. What I find a little strange is the pairing of the 500y doppler with a 5k RF. Knowing exact wind to 500 is going to massively help first round hit...

AI AT fixed to AX folder. Conversion Instructions and pictures

I actually posted it in the for sale section tonight. I'm not highly motivated but I do think pulling apart an AW would be a waste. So I'm gonna see what happens

Firearms FS : Accuracy International AW 2.0

Kinda of a feeler here because I still love the rifle, but its not been making it out of the safe enough the past few years. So I've got an 09 production AI AW with pic rail and a bunch of extras I'd be willing to work out a deal on. Rifle will come with a Starlight cut foam case. It's not the...

Grease or oil for AI bolt

Mobil 1 synthetic red grease on the lugs, wipe the bolt body with FP10 or some similar thin film lube, and keep the bolt stop channel clean. Should make the bolt feel very nice.

AI AT fixed to AX folder. Conversion Instructions and pictures

I've been watching this thread a while from interest in a chassis swap and I've got an 08 manufacture 2.0 AW I can pull out for measurements and pics. I do believe it's the style with the receiver side of the tang held in place with a pin. Did anyone confirm that debonding the tang from the AX...

    Introducing the AI Obsession Chassis

Do you have any weight comparisons between your chassis and a stock AT (with similar rear ends)? I ask because while balance is important for match shooting I'd find my AW more usable as a general purpose rifle if I could shed some of its weight. So my primary interest is in finding some gains...

    Introducing the AI Obsession Chassis

Have to try, it's a win-win imo haha Edit to add: you could also confirm the folding AW stock (which looks like it attaches identically to the AT and AX stocks) could be utilized. That opens up all the old rifles folks like me have and not just the newer stuff. Wink wink

    Introducing the AI Obsession Chassis

Ya I've run into weird mixes of dimensions on products I know are metric being right on an inch even/whole number. Not fasteners, but spacing and thicknesses etc. So, do you want an AI AW test bed? :)
