    What FPS are you getting out of your 16" barrel 6.5 creedmoor?

    I'm running 2475fps with 147gr ELD-Ms from a 16.5" barrel with 1/7" Twist, 41.3gr of H4350. COAL is 2.82" with 32 Thou Jump. Brass is Lapua RWS LRP I'm going to test H4895 and Varget as well, but i'm expecting that the heavies won't net me the Velocity increase i'm hoping before it hits...

    It's just the era. We have learned a lot in precision shooting since those firearms were first fielded. The newest gen in that original line up is the M40A5 and Mk13 Mod5. These were all 2006 era rifles. The precision shooting renaissance occurred after this date as all the info form the GWOT...

    Nah wasn't McMillan, McMillan are legends. It was St Arbor Customs. September 2022 I placed my order. Now they won't even email me back. Not much to be done though as I'm in Australia. I took a chance and came up short.

    Oh man, there's no beating that classic dark grey/olive drab look. I tried getting that stock made as a replacement for mine but the company said they could do it, took my money, and dropped off the face of the earth. That was 3 years ago. Bummed because I got robbed but also it looks so cool.
