    No worries, lots of big rams running around right now. As for Aoudad taste- Big rams are 10+ years old. Try eating a 10 year old goat or sheep and you will have your answer. Its not so much the taste but the meat is extremely tough, even the back straps are.

    We needed the rain and we got a ton of it, it was just perfect timing for this hunt though! We could not access half the ranch with several feet of water and mud in most places.
