    I know two fools that raced the original.....the factory sponsored one made the podium. The independent was 65 yrs old and broke his foot three or four stages into it- on a Yamaha 250. Both of them were wicked smart, had more than a few screws loose and had overworked guardian angels.

    Most entertaining match I've ever shot was a 175SMK, .308-only match. It was a prematch to Karstetter in Central Washington in the not-so-forgiving time of year, weather wise. RO's and friends. No bitching, no gaming, no cheating....just good, better and best shooting skills.

    The MPX (Gen2) had a bent ejector. It ran poorly out of the box and had feeding/stovepipe issues. I was told twice by Sig CS that nothing was wrong with it- after sending it back, twice. I even sent them slow motion video of the gun choking. I tried 6 different ammo mfgs. and still had issues...

    Paella recipe is now in the Nom Nom thread. This recipe is damned easy and taught to me by a chef from Barcelona over a zoom meeting at the beginning of the Covidity. Pella is peasant food, cooked in the field by citrus farmers from where my ancestors on my dad's side are from...Catalonia.
