    ARCA rail bipod placement

I am loving samb300’s picatinny version. I recently purchased it after spending over 200$ on 2 other set ups that put the bipod forward of the hand guard on my AT and his is by far the most solid.

    Accuracy International Picture Thread

Had to post this pic taken by @JT505 of my AT at the Alaska PRC pr1 class last weekend. The rifle was an absolute tack driver and made me look good.

    Training Courses 2019 APRC - June 9th - PR 1 Day 2

It was great training with you also. I would like to come back up for a pr2 so if we are in the same class you can gladly shoot my rifle. I wish I would’ve shot your MPA.

    ARCA rail bipod placement

@samb300 I like how close the RRS version gets you to the barrel. Looks like it will put the Atlas cal in a position where the apex will be above the barrel. Great stuff

    ARCA rail bipod placement

I am the student from Alaska prc with the rail that was flexing. I was getting really good groups previously with an atlas psr in a spigot Mount and noticed vertical stringing after I put the rrs spec’d Rail on it with a cal. Training Courses 2019 APRC - June 9th - PR 1 Day 2

Awesome class! I flew in from Pa and it was money well spent. Where else can you get trained by 3 USMC scout snipers? No where.

Mechanics of shooting bolt vs. semi

The trigger system is different on a bolt vs semi. On a semi you have a swinging hammer that takes more time to drop than the trigger releasing a firing pin on a bolt gun. This gives the shooter more time to fuck up by moving before the bullet leaves the barrel.

+1 on the Toyota pick-up just for the reliability. Have had ford, Chevy, dodge and I’m going Toyota next.

    Bullet not dropping enough?

I know you said it wasn’t shooter related but Is the rear support tall enough? Was the shooter struggling to get the bag high enough and then taking the shot allowing recoil to push the back of the rifle down? ( been there)

Did you “pop your cherry” with a Hooker?

They are smart, it’s cheaper to pay up front. Get the fuck in and get the fuck out. Fuck em...don’t love em.

    Training Courses Snipershide online training?

Franks online training videos are a lot more detailed and there is more of them compared to the few excerpts he has on YouTube. I’ve been an online training member for 6+ months and think the 15$ a month is well worth it.

I’m no comp handgun shooter but Mobil 1 5w30 is what I’ve been using on my 1911’s for years and never had any lube or excessive wear issues
