    I like the T53’s too man. If you get one that doesn’t have a sewer pipe for a barrel, they are really neat and good shooting compact rifles. I like mine.

    I have the same rifle. With Hornady 140 ELDM bullets, I measured 2.93” OAL to jam the lands, the same bullets measured base to ogive is 2.30”

    Here’s some picture examples, not my actual pictures or cones though. Basically clip in a + pattern similar to as shown, one set of sides being deeper than the perpendicular sides. I did both of mine this way, and got almost no POI shift.

    Got my 21” Odin Works upper yesterday. It certainly appears top notch. Now just need to make some time to get out and shoot it. Rifle finished with an Aero lower including a Larue trigger, and Odin Zulu stock, topped with an Athlon Argos BTR Gen2 6-24x50.

    I like the Hornady 125gr SST bullet for a supersonic load. Fiocchi makes a good factory offering with this bullet if you don’t reload. As already mentioned and I’ll echo again, Hornady 190gr Sub-X for subsonic.

    I believe Ruger has the Scout rifle using AICS bottom metal and magazine as shown above, also the Ruger American rifle using AR15 magazines. I don’t know the right combination for a Rem 700 build though. Can vouch though for 350 Legend being good for deer. My 7 y/o daughter used a 16” AR15...
