    It's a global supply and demand problem. There are also many who use watches as a means for hard asset diversification, so the worse that economies get - the higher the demand.

    I'm fairly certain there's no WaWa's in Arizona. There's over a dozen HBALs in the air at any given point in time that run persistent ground surveillance systems (PGSS). Those balloons wete developed by Google's Project Loon and Raven Industries (later militarized) for domestic surveillance.
