    Spuhr mount TROUBLES

    my buddy had a tikka in a xlr carbon chassis and he had the same problem when running the bolt quickly. When he went slow there was no issue. The tikka had a 20 moa rail. my bighorn in an aiax aics chassis did not have any issues with their 20 moa rail.

    Steel target stand

    I would cut down a t-post and build a base out of 2x4s that will support the t-post. Have long enough legs for stability and then make the center come up about a foot where the t-post can slide in.

    Re-barrel AR or buy Daniel Defense

    A LW barrel and the bcm keymod will be awesome. I just put together an 18" lw with nsr 16.7" keymod. It balances so well and feels lighter than my 16" standard barrel with 9" larue rail. If money isn't a factor I'd just buy or build a 2nd upper and see if the lighter weight is all you thought...

    I've tried a few and always go back to one of the 2 point slings from blue force gear. I like the materials they use. Have held up great through carbine schools.
