Hey dudes, I got my rifle back from my smith! With the barrel swap I am down to 13.2 lbs. I weighed the handguard and it's a whopping 2.2 lbs with the whole mounting system. I am working with a handguard manufacturer and I believe I will have a lighter handguard that will work for the magnums...- Vidar
