    Any prior experience with CarbonSix? I haven’t heard any raving reviews about them. I just know they’ll spin a barrel and chamber it all for about the price of Proof blank.

    I have a 24” CarbonSix 7twist 6.5PRC being spun up right now for my Nucleus action. Never had any experience with CarbonSix (also fingers crossed) but I do have a 20” 308 Proof on my GAP10. Seemed to shoot pretty decently for at AR10.

    20” 260/PRC pushing a 130gr plus a 5”-7” suppressor sounds like a nice happy medium.

    I plan to run the 150s. Already have 1k on standby. I am kind of interested in seeing how fast I can send a 130. I’m a little worried a 24” 7twist is too fast but when I run the numbers it seems to be stable.

    I keep posting on Alpha’s social media to make 6.5 PRC. They’re not going to make that brass until there’s a following behind it. Something like creedmoor was a no brainer for them. We all need to get together and make PRC a no brainer. I think Alpha would be the most willing brass...

    A 130 RDF should be able to get 3200 on the high end and the BC is that of a 140 class bullet. I’ll take a 6.5 PRC over a barrel smoker.

    I was at K&M in September so I’m unsure of what the temp is in June. Alt is about ~450ft. I’m hoping I can swing by there on a road trip. Their movers and towers are pretty fun. Here’s a pic of the condition I had in September. Does cowtown have RV parking? It’s like a 2hr drive for me...

    $250/6 months and then you pay extra to use the facility. No thanks. K&M precision has a membership and amenities that is reasonable and should be a standard for all LR.

    Not a fan of their pricing at CowTown. For strictly LR shooters, their pricing isn’t fair.
