    Wood chassis stock manufacture?

When looking at a gunsmith's page, they also had a picture of a PRS-type bolt gun they built that had a wood stock (it looked like a McMillan/Manners, etc). Can't for the life of me find it again or remember the name of the stock manufacture. It wasn't like the Boyd, or the cheaper wood stocks...

Rifle Scopes Kahles k16i 1-6x24 on suppressed AR?

The K16 is very popular for 3-Gun, do a little searching on the information superhighway and you'll find a lot of first-person reviews.

Rifle Scopes New SCHMIDT BENDER Reticle - LRR-Mil - detailed info and pics - ***UPDATE 7/30/19 - 5-45 LRR NOW AVAILABLE

Hmmm. I'm conflicted now. My heart was all set on getting a Kahles K624i SKMR3 LW for PRS, now I'm wondering if the LRR Mil would work too? (I know what the street price is for the Kahles, wondering if this version of the S&B is comparable).

AI AT Barrel & Bolt Position

Borka makes a pre-set torque wrench for the AT - works great. They sell just the wrench and a kit. I got just the wrench for about $35 http://www.shooterstools.com/kits.html

Best places to purchase replacement AIAT barrels

A friend of mine who is a machinist made me a barrel for my AT (he has an AX). I purchased a Bartlein barrel blank from Core, a reamer from PTG, a brake from SilCo and he chambered and threaded the barrel (and installed and timed the comp) for waaaaay less than it would have cost to purchase a...

Sako TRG M10 or AI AX-MC, torn between 2 lovers

When I talked to the Cadex rep at the SHOT Show, he said it wouldn't be difficult to have a Kraken barrel made. There is a Cadex rep on this forum and I'm sure he will chime in.

ACCURACY INTERNATIONAL Rifle Models - How to tell them apart - with pics

IIRC 2016 and onward (but I just think for the AX and AXMC, not the AT).

AT with factory .308 barrel, loaner S&B PMII 5x26 scope. First time I've been able to shoot my baby since I got it. Ringing 1/2 size IPSC target steel at 630 yds with no problem, even in the wind.

Where to buy premade AXMC LA barrels?

Find a machinist with a lathe who knows what they are doing - give them a reamer and a barrel blank and they should be able to make you any barrel you want for over 50% less than a pre-made barrel. That is what I did for my AT.

    The Fix from Q

When Q did the pre-order, they said shipping in June. As someone said above, I wouldn't expect it until end of July/Aug at the earliest.

ACCURACY INTERNATIONAL Rifle Models - How to tell them apart - with pics

AW/AT/AX barrels are interchangeable. AE barrel can be used in a AW/AT/AX but not vice-versa. AXMC barrel is different and can't be fitted on any other rifle.

Need a barrel for my AIAT LFP (6.5C or 260? and where to buy)

All AI barrels can be changed by the user. The pre-14 AX (like the AW) require a action wrench and vice and only takes a few minutes. The 2014 and on AXs and AT and AXMC only need a 4mm hex wrench to change the barrel. EurOptic did a blog post on it...

Rifles that offer quick change barrels?

When I was at the Shot Show, the Cadex rep changed the barrel on a Kraken in pretty short order. Don't need a bench or a vice. The tools needed are small enough to fit in the case carrying the rifle, as well as the other components. That being said, I got a AI AT, and all I need is an allen...
