    Unless you are 90% sure you are going to qualify for regionals, I don't understand why anyone would pay CF HQ for a bunch of WODs that you can do for free at just about any CF gym that you are a member of. Glassman makes millions off the Open alone - and he provides you with very little in return.

    There is no way you can loose that much weight in that short amount of time safely. You should really talk to a nutritionist and then a trainer.

    Have you had a running coach look at his form/technique? I found that a lot of common running injuries, such as shin splints, can be eliminated by learning to run POSE/forefoot.
