    Rifle Scopes Bubble Level?

Re: Bubble Level? I just bought the newly engineered USO swivel bubble level. It's nice but I've had to mount it as far forward on the scope base as possible...because at my age I can't focus my vision very closely. Even with it on the front of the base I am having trouble seeing it clearly...

    Rifle Scopes nightforce markup??

Re: nightforce markup?? Businesses are run on margin, not markup. Markup = (price - cost)/cost. As cost approaches zero, markup approaches infinity - a ridiculous number. Margin = (price - cost)/price. As cost approaches zero, margin approaches 1, or 100%. Margin will always be between 0%...

Member Link Up HELLO FROM VIRGINIA

Re: HELLO FROM VIRGINIA If anybody is having a hard time finding ANY place to shoot, you might be my guest at the Northern Virginia Gun Club in King George. It's 200 yards max, but at least you can punch some paper or dial in your new scope. I can't take large groups, but can take one, maybe...

Rifle Scopes Lens cap interferes with ERGO rotation on USO

I just received a new ST-17 from US Optics. I like it a lot and have no complaints. I have owned Leupold Mark 4 scopes up until now. I did not anticipate that the lens cap, when open, would prevent the full rotational movement of the ERGO objective. The open cap runs into the barrel in each...

Gunsmithing FN receiver mod for CDI bottom metal

I had my FN SPR receiver modified to accept CDI bottom metal and AI mags. (Actually, the receiver does not need to be modified for the BM, specifically, but it does need to be mod'ed to fit the mags.) It's been a while since I had the work done, but I think the instructions said to remove the...

Seeking rail to mount bipod on McMillan A4 stock

Re: Seeking rail to mount bipod on McMillan A4 stock Thanks for the guidance, Ryan. Here are pics of what I have. The sling stud goes through to the inside of the stock, but the QD attachment (I think that's what that is) does not. The holes are 2 and 15/16" apart, on centers. I think that's...

Seeking rail to mount bipod on McMillan A4 stock

Re: Seeking rail to mount bipod on McMillan A4 stock I could probably make do with either of those. The A4 is flat in that section of the stock, but I'll have to make a modification for the second hole. Not that I'm opposed to modifications.

Seeking rail to mount bipod on McMillan A4 stock

I want to try a bipod other than the Harris that is currently mounted to the sling swivel stud underneath my McMillan A4 stock. I suppose there is a simple solution on the market for a rail that mounts where the stud is, but I am not finding one. Any help will be appreciated.
