It depends on height over bore of the sight and number of degrees the reticle is off parallel. The error increases as distance increases.- buffalowinter

I mean the scope is not level, but cant will do the same thing. As a target shooter, I cant my rifle. To correct for the cant as I change engagement distances , the scope/sight is mounted so that the crosshairs/windage screws are parallel to the ground. If you're shooting tight groups to the right then it is not you. Perhaps a canted reticle.- buffalowinter

I disagree. It's hard to tell from the picture. I see an early 54 bolt with the straight bolt shank and small knob, but I could be wrong. early Match 54 (gen 2, mid-1970's to mid 1980's) Anschutz 64- buffalowinter

Yes, in my opinion it is easily worth $600. Trigger is worth $200, Barrel Tuner is $250, and Barreled action with trigger is probably close to 1K- buffalowinter
