    Need some info for Palma barrels

    So i'm looking to get a new barrel and came across "SS barrel blank .308 13 twist tight bore Palma" in a equipment exchange section of a forum, the bore is .299. 1.246 shank, .780 muzzle palma contour. I've tried looking for tight bore and palma info but i just need a little extra info on this...
