    Latest rifle - Sauer 205

WOW. Sauer rifles are SO nice. I handled one in Germany in 93 and never forgot the fit and finish of that rifle, and never will either.

SAKO SELECT PROGRAM (TRG 22 & MORE)

Yea those are nice rifles for sure, but I think a number of us fell in love the original models. I know I did.

Trigger warning to the Howa boys - Do I pretty up this pig, or dump ‘er?

Or, you could leave it, but leave it up for other people that may be having the same problem.

Will this exact rifle but in 6.5 creed be available by chance?

Trigger warning to the Howa boys - Do I pretty up this pig, or dump ‘er?

For me, this has to be a mechanics and a muzzle brake problem. I had that exact same rifle (in 6.5cm) with the same scope. On my atlas cal bipod with the feet forward, an M4-72 muzzle brake, and a Protektor leather rear bag, the gun was super steady and shot amazing. Would group a half inch...

    I Spy New Baby Razor G3 4-24

Yea the Stryker does come close, but it still has a 34mm tube, and is of questionable quality though. She is close though! Thank you for that!

I dont think so personally. But that's my eyes.

    I Spy New Baby Razor G3 4-24

GOD I hope it's a 30. Not everyone needs a scope that can shoot 1200 yards every day. Scopes are just so big and bulky these days. They're all like 1977 Cadillacs now.

    I Spy New Baby Razor G3 4-24

No, everywhere I feel. The only scope on earth from what I can remember that has these features is a small group of Marches. Every other scope of this size, providing it's really a 24 power and not ten like what is printed on that mag ring in that pic is either maxed out at 12 or 16, or is...

    I Spy New Baby Razor G3 4-24

If it's truly 44mm objective, has a christmas tree reticle, and is not SHIT brown (again...ugh) I'd buy one tomorrow.

Zeiss all day. The cronus is nice too though.

    6.5 Creedmoor

No, that's what I do as well. I have a cramped arms room and car. I dont drive pickup trucks unfortunately. Space is at a premium. I hope to change that one day.

    6.5 Creedmoor

What are you group sizes before and after the resize? What was the reading on the base to shoulder before and after the resize? What is your rifles headspace measurement? Do you anneal? If so how often? I run norma in my .270win, 8mm mauser, and 7.62x54 and I dont see a difference in group...

    6.5 Creedmoor

For me it's just a target rifle, and possibly a hunting rifle in the future. I love the performance of long barrels, but I dont like transporting them. With a full length can on, it tends to get a bit unwieldy for me.

What brass and charge weight are you getting that velocity from? And any signs of pressure at all?
  17. Basic user

    6.5 Creedmoor

I wasnt really looking for any specific velocity as I have no idea what right looks like for this bullet/cartridge combo, as I've never shot the 153's before. This was my first serious load work up in it. I just started a little before book max and began working up slowly like normal. I'm...

    6.5 Creedmoor

What's everyone getting for the Berger 153's out of a 24" barrel? (bolt rifle) I'm already getting pierced primers at 2647fps with 39.7 of H4350, with the bullet seated 2.140" BTO in fire formed Alpha brass. I'm right off the lands with a clean chamber and bore. I heard the federal small...

Optics Zeiss S3 6-36x56 MOA reticle, BARELY used, 1800 shipped price drop

Ok, just took it out back and looked through it with this post in hand. It was a clear, overcast day, looking at a parking lot and cars about 800m out. Edge to edge clarity and color is surprisingly crisp. Never really tested that as I never really look there but it's clean and vivid from...
