Rifle Scopes Scope with most "Color Pop"?

I own or have owned S&B, kahles, March, steiner, vortex razor hd, Bushnell XRS, hensoldt and just picked up a beast and I'll say that to me it has the most "pop" and is a phenomenal optic. To me it was worth the wait, just wished the parallax was numbered somehow. Sent from my SM-N900V using...

Rifle Scopes Box Testing with Laser Bore sight?

He's not talking about signing in the gun but rather testing if the mechanical portion/turrets and reticle adjustments lineup. As in I dial 15 mils did the scope actually dial 15 mils or 14.7mils which would make a big difference at that range for any gun. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

    Feedback Good Guy List

Also swift is good to go. I bought a manfrotto tripod, joy stick head and a hog saddle for a great price and it all arrived today packed very nicely and all parts were in new condition. Also was shipped out very quickly as well and for someone like me who waits on the ups or FedEx truck like...

Rifle Scopes Box Testing with Laser Bore sight?

Put optic on a solid mount or lock the gun down in a vice so it can not move at all. Put paper up at 100 with the mils measured and drawn correctly and level the target, put center of cross hair on the center (zero) dot making sure the optic is level and then dial up, down, left right etc in all...

Rifle Scopes nightforce - worth the extra money vs others?

Zero stop can be built into the base/mount. It's what many did with the older hensoldts. At 1800 you should be able to find a great optic whether it be a NF, used Steiner, Bushnell XRS, vortex razor, and quite a few others. Personally the only optics I will use from NF is the F1 and Beast and...

Rifle Scopes New Steiner T5Xi Tactical Rifle Scopes

If the glass is like the older 5-25x56 models then CA shouldn't be an issue. The ones I own or have owned all are/were great optics. The only thing I would personally like but is not a deal breaker by any means is a floating center dot that subtends to 0.05mil. Just something about that dot that...

After sizing with the Hornady it was close to what a 269.5 bushing would be if it existed would size it to. I don't run expander balls in my bushing dies because I don't want to undo what i just did. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

And if you read back there was some issues with the brass and primer pockets but from this new batch it seems to be MUCH better. With the hybrids it's very forgiving on load development. I also got lucky and both of mine use the same exact load with both hybrids and VLDs which makes it nice. I...

And yes whidden pointing die. My bullets are Bn coated befor hand so I don't know if you need to lube the tips of they are not pointed or not but I don't do anything but pull them out of one box, point and put them in another box. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

No trimming, just pointing and it's quite I normally point about 2-500 at a time. Usually I do it while the chargemaster is dumping powder for a few hundred loads. I can point two for every case I can resize or roughly 2-3 per 42.8gn pour from the chargemaster. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Point the bullets and that 22" barrel will hang with a 24" which is what every one of mine have been and 3150fps has been very easy to reach with zero pressure signs. I've slowed these two new barrels down a little to 3117fps (yeah not much) but my dope is a good bit less with this load and the...

I think I have some 105gm Hornady bullets somewhere but we just moved. I'll try to seat a few with my whidden dies that I use a 269 bushing with and see what it does. I do know the whidden dies work much better than the Hornady dies on the VLDs I use for practice so maybe they have a VLD type of...

I'd be happy with 3k fps if it shot well. Especially for a practice load or something. I shoot on average about 250 some odd rounds a week so not having to replace a barrel every 4 months would be nice. Lol. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Let me know how it turns out. I'm also going to try some h1000 but think I'll be a little short on capacity to get the velocity I want. If not it would help barrel life out a ton since it's a slower burning powder. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

    tactical pants

I just ordered a few pair of the crye pants and while they are expensive as hell as a civilian who will wear them in precision rifle matches I'd expect them to last a long ass time and they have the lifetime warranty. To me that's a big selling point. My daughter went though about 3 backpacks a...
