    Hornady 6mm creedmoor brass

A buddy turned all his just to make them all consistent. It was his brass so they were fired in my chamber yesterday and I'll check to see how they do next time out. They were much faster than the Hornady cases though... Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

    Hornady 6mm creedmoor brass

OK I just sized some nosler 6.5mm Creedmoor brass down and it's perfect. A buddy of mine swapped to it in his 6.5mm Creedmoor and has over 15 firings on it and the primer pockets are still good and it still shoots lights out. The onlu problem is that stuff is more expensive than lapua brass...

What would you like to see in a match?

David (DT1) is right on both of his last comments and puts on some fantastic matches which all have great feedback. As far as the mover make sure its not goign to be down or out of service. Nothing sucks more than for a person to get to a stage, clean it and then the stage points have to go away...

    Hornady 6mm creedmoor brass

The bushing dies produce a very very consistent neck without neck turning. At least for me. Buy a 269 and 270 bushing and you will be happy. The Velocity for the first 4 shots were 3117fps and then the last went down to 3109fps because I picked up one from the other side of the container and...

Where is the "wife's rifle" thread?

If the wife is shooting with you then that's all that matters in my book. We are lucky to have women who enjoy the same things we do so even if my wife only wanted to shoot a pistol I'd be perfectly happy. Mine carries a little sig 1911. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Badger M2013 or Defiance Deviant. Which would you pick?

I got the chance to put a few down range and cycle the bo action and it definitely needs to be cycled a few thousand times to break it in but I'm used to a well broken in stiller and some very broken in 700s so I'm probably being a little critical. Overall I like it so far and it does fell very...

Fare enough. I can see some people needing all of that elevation or more for certain shooting. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Rifle Scopes New Steiner T5Xi Tactical Rifle Scopes

No way I would bring that little 6mm to a match like that. That's an elr style match which might not be what this optic is made to. Exell out or maybe it would. I was specifically talking about prs matches. I'll bring out a 338 or 375 Allen Magnum (when I get it) if I'm going to be shooting to...

Rifle Scopes New Steiner T5Xi Tactical Rifle Scopes

And 2070 with a 338lm with a 100 yard zero. If I'm doing elr I'm not going to have a 100 yard zero so again still plenty.. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

24 mils takes me to 1940 yards per my kestrel with current conditions with my 6mm Creedmoor. There isn't a match that I have ever shot where a 10mil per Rev optic ever went to the second turn. I think 24 mils of usable elevation will surfice. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

    Hornady 6mm creedmoor brass

Hopefully the brass I have on order will be tighter. I can deal with that even if it take a little more time in the beginning. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Rifle Scopes 2014's Best Scope ShootOut

My March 5-40x56 tracked dead nuts on in a similar test. Glass was on par or better imo than anything else I have or have owned (S&B, kahles, steiner, uso, NF, hensoldt (not as good as the Henny but nothing is imo) I also prefer the floating center dot in the March 5-40x56 as well as their...

Where is the "wife's rifle" thread?

Here is the finished product. Went with a different color on the barreled action. Now it looks great! I'm waiting to see how much she actually shoots this one befor I have her a Titanium action and carbon fiber barrel setup made up. Probably also go with a manners elite 100% carbon fiber stock...

Where is the "wife's rifle" thread?

I'm currently waiting on my wife's gun to get back to me after a rebarrel. 6mm Creedmoor on a stiller tac30 action, carbon XLR chassis and a steiner 5-25x56 with msr reticle. The adjustability and weight of the XLR is perfect for her. Here it is befor It was sent back for another barrel. The...

Rifle Scopes NEED HELP, setting ZeroStop of STEINER Military 5-25 × 56 mm

No clue. They may have set it up bottomed out so the only way you could go was up which would solve any issues with figuring out how to get it to go down if needed. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Rifle Scopes NEED HELP, setting ZeroStop of STEINER Military 5-25 × 56 mm

With a 0moa base you probably need that much to get the gun to zero. I run 40moa worth of base/mount and still have around 6mils or so below my zero. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Badger M2013 or Defiance Deviant. Which would you pick?

I've been offered a gun built on a m2013 and have never personally used them. I have a bunch of stillers and have ran defiance, surgeon 591s and bat actions in the past. Bat is by far the smoothest but as mentioned the stillers after a weekend of cycling the bolt with a little lapping compound...
