@TonyTheTiger is correct.
The JP mlok handguard uses a smaller dual nut system than MK III it won't work.
From JPs website
"The mounting method utilizes a slimmed-down version of our proven dual-nut system for the same extreme strength and retention as our MK III system"
Thanks for the Dave Wilson recommendation, I have herd of him before.
I have complete JPs which is part of the reason I wanted them to share parts and LMTs BCG is vaporware and very hard to find right now. So I figured I could try this experiment and see if I could get it to work.
The JPs I...
Update:
I emailed BRT and they sent a .082 tube. I also got a RCA adj gas key, and another tungsten weight making it a H3. That combo helped a ton! Did one at a time just to see the progression, but ended up with all 3. It shoots significantly softer and is not destroying brass or primers any...
I can't recall what thread I read it but I think that they are working towards that. If I am recalling correctly, Frank was running carbon barrel testing on machine guns first.
Looking for a JP? Today might be your lucky day.
Looks like JP had some canceled orders or a large canceled order. Bunch of rifles in stock ready to ship.
Have a good weekend!
I had a AMG serviced recently. I was told by a Vortex rep that its discontinued and it would be better to get my service done sooner than later. I tried to get more info and he clearly had more but he couldn't tell me.

All ammo groups differently, I would take all 3 options to the range and see what the rifle shoots best and shoot all of that first. Generally speaking with a 308 to get the best long range results will be with heavier projectiles than what you have. I would look at 168-175gr when your getting...
I have a LMT MWS in 6.5CM that I have been breaking in and running into issues with it in regards to factroy ammo and what I consider overpressure ammo/rifle combos.

I have had LMT, JP, DD, S&W, Black Rain, Precision Firearms. The best was and still is all my JPs. I still own a MWS in LMT but everything else has been sold off to aquire more JPs and JP builds.
My vote is JP all day everyday and 2x on Sunday.
