    The bullet flight tells the truth...always with good ammo. The challenge is to shoot at a given point, watch the splash, then when conditions are similar make the appropriate holdovers. If you shoot under different conditions from the splash...fubar.

    My 26” Bartmein, Tb 9” can, jump of 0.025”, and 42.5 grains of 4350 gets 2800 fps. Again your rifle will tell you what you can do with the jump and can and powder load.

    I have done it and did not see any improvement. Groups before and after were 0.250 MOA or less.
