    Try a rimfire match sometime; Vudoo GTI was the coolest. It's a blast. I shoot rimfire 10:1 over everything else.

    What does a 2MoA dot look like to you under NVG (something like a DPP is worse than a T2) when bright enough that you can see it with your naked eye in the event you have to come out from under tubes? Does a dot that's twice as big make that better?

    You need to shoot some paper and determine if you really have that large of a shift. That is a huge number. I've had a ton of .308 gassers over the years and never seen one that extreme and they've mostly been KAC with their bullshit can which doesn't always play nice.

    Leupold Mark 5 Durability....5-25x56 for Barret .50

    It's not a .50 BMG but I used one on a .375 CT for King of 2 Miles and it held up fine. The Mark 5 is really a pretty decent scope and the best thing they've made in a long time.

    I have the Nightforce Ultra-Mount on my work gun and on my personal ATACR and love it. If you need a diving board the Ultra-Mount has a really rigid buttressed diving board that has very little deflection compared to my SPUHR. The LaRue LT845 also performes well.

    FGMM 175’s too long?

    I ended up getting a different buffer after testing several from that company. Eventually they had me test an "industry standard" buffer and it fixed the problem. There was almost no room for movement of the weights inside the buffer they made.

    I've also seen big frame gassers have what appears to be a light strike or FTF unrelated to the chamber. I had it happening with three uppers on a single lower. When it happened in my gun it took a little bit to figure it out. It ended up being a buffer that didn't have enough slide-hammer...
