Awesome suppressor muzzle brake front end attachment by Recoilx

The Clovis models are really heavy. But … titanium is coming soon.

    L3i New "Stinger" Barreled action

Same. I should be on the list for email notifications. Nevermind. Found the email in junk mail.

Game of Peking Duck in South China Sea

Damn, Chinese steel really does suck. But I’m now shopping for Chinese paint because it looks top notch.

    Vector X bino harness

These don’t work well with vectors. The fit is fine but the magnetic closure isn’t strong enough to stay closed if you bend over. I’ve dumped my vectors a couple times this way.

    X - Vectronix Shooting Solutions

I hate to tell you this, but be prepared to be underwhelmed. I got the extenders early this year, I guess one of the first real production batches. They’re heavy as hell, affect the balance of the binos, and to me were only useful with the binos on a tripod. Other than at a PRS match with...

    22 creedmoor

I couldn’t find any good groups with 4831 or h1000, with 80gr eld-m or 77tmk. I’d love some inout from others if they have data that worked for these bullets other than h4350. H4350 grouped better and had better sd’s, albeit at higher grain weight than any manuals would publish. I don’t think...

Don’t be inserting facts into a good SnipersHide product gripe.

Failure to eject - Defiance Ruckus - 338LM - heavy bolt lift

Looks like one hell of a clicker. Then, if you force the bolt on primary extraction, it’s ripping the case rim. I think the problem is brass that’s reached end of life or needs significant sizing near the base.

Vectronix Vector X vs Sig Kilo 10k Gen II

That was not Sig’s response to me with a brand new defective - not damaged- kilo 10k. As with everything, YMMV.

Vectronix Vector X vs Sig Kilo 10k Gen II

Laughable. One of us knows what a warranty is, one does not. You got mad because I said it wasn’t a warranty issue but a customer service issue. Refer to your post, post 5 in this thread (“Vectronix won't warranty any damage from use.“). Have a great weekend.

Vectronix Vector X vs Sig Kilo 10k Gen II

Correct, I didn’t call or email to ask them to ‘warranty’ damage caused by my negligence. I can only speak for my own situation and the other guy above who is salty about the situation. Hopefully true CS issues are handled better now with Eurooptic.

Vectronix Vector X vs Sig Kilo 10k Gen II

It’s not a warranty comparison, though. It’s a customer service comparison.

Vectronix Vector X vs Sig Kilo 10k Gen II

I get your overall point about customer service differences among companies, but in all fairness your claim is not a warranty claim in any way, shape or form. It was operator error, not a failure of the equipment to perform as designed. I would love to have the comfort of knowing they will do...

Brass Work Hardening Analysis by Alpha Munitions

This is what I meant/thought might be the situation. I don’t know that (as a layman) I’d call a 2% probability increase at 500 yards on a 5.5” (small!) target statistically significant — but I’m not the statistician here. It’s basically diminishing marginal returns after having good equipment...

Brass Work Hardening Analysis by Alpha Munitions

Thank you. I'm not a statistician but I think it's possible this does not show a statistically significant difference, even if the sample size is kinda small in the grand scheme of things. So to you I say, damnit, why'd you post that and make me feel like I routinely waste time and money?

Brass Work Hardening Analysis by Alpha Munitions

Hopefully in a subsequent video they will show if annealing with popular annealing options really does a “reset” on hardness, and whether annealing over subsequent firings maintains a reset or continues to harden on a shallower curve. I think AMP has done this but I don’t know what brass they...
