    T1000 keeps falling off...

Your post is good information for applying the velcro to the target but I think the OP is eluding to the indicator base coming loose from the velcro attached to the target. I, and other shooters I know, have had the same issues which prompted a call to MagnetoSpeed. Their reply was to keep the...

    Varget or H4350 for 6.5cm 130 gr?

FWIW, I've tested both powders using the 120, 130 and 140 grain bullets in a 6.5x47 Lapua and found the Varget to have better accuracy with the lighter bullets in my rifles;140 grain bullets were better with the H4350. Test them both and see which work best for your rifle.

Why shoukd I buy an AMP annealer

I tested the Annealeez, the Benchsource and the AMP using the same components, lot of powder, primers and bullets loading them all during the same reloading session. I tested them on a target over a chronograph and there was absolutely NO difference in the loads. My take away was that there is...

    Rock Chucker Supreme

I've reloaded on both and to be honest, I didn't see any difference on the target or in ES/SD numbers; the Rock Chucker Supreme is $50-$75 less than the Big Boss II, depending on where you shop, but with good dies (which you have) either will do the job.

    TRIPOD leg wraps ?

Look like he's using an ERA-TAC adjustable scope base that needs the extra scope height to take advantage of the entire adjustment available

BC Truing. Waterline to 1,000, high at 1 mile.

If you’re using a powder that is temperature stable and have chosen a node that has a wide window of accuracy, find out the velocity change per degree of increase in temp for your powder relative to your zeroing temp and use that in your ballistic program. Your software will automatically adjust...

Beginner Questions. MRAD vs. AI? 300NM vs. 300PRC vs. 338LM

My experience with H1000 powder in each rifle is that the recoil is a push rather than a snap and very tolerable. and you are correct; recoil management is important with accuracy and extremely so with bigger magnum calibers.

    300 Win Neck Tension Question

Spife7980 gave you the answer to your specific question but from my experiences, I'll analyze the problem from a different perspective. First, a few questions: What brass are you using? How do you clean your brass? Do you brush/clean the inside of your necks after annealing? Do you lube...

Noob! What am I doing wrong?

As many have said, when numbers are off by a substantial amount, input is usually the culprit. Assuming that you have double and triple checked your inputs, two things that cause large errors that are overlooked by many shooters when making velocity adjustments based on scope elevations are...

How to work up a load safely

I do my research and find the range that most are loading to. I then start 1-2 grains BELOW the book or manufactures recommended LOW charge weight and load in 0.5 grain increments until I am at the high end of what others are loading using the same components and comparable barrels. With the...

Beginner Questions. MRAD vs. AI? 300NM vs. 300PRC vs. 338LM

I reload and get 2972 fps in the Norma and 2983 fps in the PRC. Using factory ammo in the PRC, speeds are around 2850 fps. So comparing the two is not apples to apples but at 2000 yards, the Norma at my reloaded velocity has a 1 mph wind error of 21.4” whereas the factory PRC at factory velocity...

Beginner Questions. MRAD vs. AI? 300NM vs. 300PRC vs. 338LM

I can’t help you with the MRAD vs AXMC vs AXSR debate but I do shoot both the .300 Norma and the 300 PRC. For me, both rounds are pretty much equal out to 2000 yards so it comes down to this; if you reload go Norma if you’re going to shoot factory, go PRC. I shoot both using 225 ELD-Ms and...

    6.5x47 Velocity Question

You can dial your scope to adjust/compensate for elevation drop for a given velocity; you cannot dial to compensate for accuracy.
