    Yeah ... 5-45 has been a BIG pleasant surprise for me ..... Optical quality exceeds the 6-36 ( which is fantastic ) .. I have heard "Rumours" the glass on the NEW series 5-45,s is updated over the previous Gen 5-45,s ... I have "2" of the new 5-45,s and they are superb !!

    Where are you ? Country The battery cap is to do with regulations in regards to batteries... some countries require the "Round ..Domed" cap with the slot for removal. Others the traditional flat cap with knurling..

    On that note.... Much to my surprise my S&B 5-45,s out resolve my S&B 6-36,s @25x and up ....again by quite a bit!!

    Today I had a few individuals out for a shoot with the 375CT and my new "Blast Shields " A few had never shot past 800yds!! We shot from 1200 to 2000yds... 80 shots in total... All thoroughly enjoyed it and were shocked how docile the Cheytac was !! My added weights combined with the Shields...

    You can't.....you pretty much have to use a 6 o'clock hold.. Remember....it's 2 5x and from the 1940,s.. Still love shooting with them .... on the L42A1 and No4T,s.. That particular L42A1 is as accurate as ANY firearm I have ever shot!!
