    What gas length? Shooting suppressed? From you ejection description, it sounds severely over gassed. Your case heads also indicate early unlocking, usually due to too much gas. AGB and heavy buffer would help.

    I've shot many hundreds at about 2950 with no issue, but that's an 8 twist. I don't think the question about the rough bore was implying that it's too new. Towards end of life they can get rough due to fire cracking.

    It's tough out there right now. I was out all day Saturday and only called in the one pair. I had another one take a look and wander off before I could get a shot, and another one that seemed to be sort of coming to some howls and then flat out bolted when I started playing rabbit.

    For those interested, I made a rough video about adjusting the Impulse trigger. With the little Accutrigger tool thing I was only able to get down to 3.5 pounds. Then I took it apart and discovered something interesting that got it below 2 pounds.
