    Dang, they are some fine looking groups! I just did some load development with them too and they like to be pushed hard and be closer to the lands in my rifle too. Any signs of pressure? What powder were you running? Didn't realise they're running a 22-250 with 1-8 twist?

    Hahaha... man, this shit drives me insane too! I got the Arisaka optic leveller and my life is good again! I mounted an Athlon Ares BTR 4.5-27x50 in some low leupold rings on a picatinny rail that had just enough clearance to use the leveller. It took 30 seconds and it was perfect.

    I've yet to try the Cronus. I'm sure they're listening though as it's very common feedback. I'll be keen on a Midas Tac at some stage so hoping the turrets have a more positive feel.

    They line up but have soft clicks.... they also track beautifully. Try one in a shop before you buy it boss.... my Ares BTR does not click like a Nightforce but it didn't cost as much either.

    The Berger 95 VLD Hunting works well. I've used it on Reds and they didn't travel far.... Muzzle velocity was 2950 and that was mild but accurate in my rifle.

    As said, you need the sunshade when on 27X but its excellent when the sun is behind you. You do need to get exact comb height though as the eye box is height sensitive at that power. Reticle is excellent and I enjoyed the ability to hold off at any mag. I have just come back from a weekend goat...

    Interesting... don't throw that barrel away mate. It'll probably shoot as well as the custom. I guess if the profile isn't right then its worth changing I guess.... No problem with the stock though!

    Quite right. It's probably an 8 twist minimum as a general rule but different makes and barrels have their own tendencies. I'm actually about to grab some of the 52 eldm and 53 Vmax to see what my 1-12 prefers.
