    Re: 1000 yard plus in North central Colorado? It'd be a hell of drive, but you could always take a trip up to Pawnee and stretch the legs of that .338lm of yours. I've shot out to a mile up there with my .308. 14 shots and not one of'em hit, lmao!

    Re: 1800yd with 300wm I do believe it will get out there without a problem... maybe more consistent than a .308 for sure.. I've tried shooting out that far with my .308. 2 out of 14 shots made were pretty darn close to hitting the 18"x12" steel target. My mistake was placing the target...

    Re: AICS w/ factory pistol grip I think the only real difference is the AI stamp on the side of the Legacy skins. Other than that... I haven't had any experience with the "Legacy", but I do have Viper skins on my AIC 1.5 and is way more comfortable than that thumb hole AICS skins for sure...
