I Really like the Daystate Huntsman Revere, but it's just not in the budget right now, maybe soon tho.
I bought a Benjamin Marauder .22 at walmart, it's very accurate and quiet too, been a blast to shoot.
Thanks, jf
I'm considering the Silent Thunder Falx. It seems to check the most boxes for me.
I attempted to calculate the "flow factor" of my unregulated .22 Marauder @ 975 fps ~ 2500psi, but not sure if it's correct.
Plan on calling ST in a couple days to see if they can help.
Thanks
Anyone have any experience with one of these (DonnyFL SUMO – 1.6″ x 6.25″) on a Marauder?
Did it make an already pretty quiet .22 pcp rifle noticeably quieter, or would it be a waste of money ?
"But for grilling….making burgers and steaks….just hit your stainless grates with a little duck fat or cooking oil before you put the meat on."
Definitely agree w/ Jigstick here.
I'm leaning towards making the box out of 1/4" carbon steel for heat retention & cost and the grill grate out of...
I'm building a new custom Santa Maria type grill similar to the Hooray grill.
Is it worth the considerable extra expense to make the actual cooking part of the grill (30"x60") out of stainless steel ?
Would 1/2" round or square stock be better over time or is that a Ford vs Chevy question ...
Kind of an unusual problem. Did You buy the Bighorn TL3 new ? Confirm the pinned rail, on a TL3 it Could be anything from '0' to '40' moa up.
Can you reverse the rail? Get a new '0' rail and make sure the mount doesn't have any built in cant.
