    Yea I talk to Berger about that also but never tested them, but they did confirm its a hybrid with a thinner jacket. The 107 and 110smk are on the list to test with the new barrel.     I know some people like them, but in the 3 6mm barrels I have had, I have never had one shoot the eldm. I have had them like a tips. But nothing a consistent as the 109 from group to group and day to day. They just seem to have such a large tuning window.

    Man I wish I had tried those. I really want to get away from the 109 hybrid bc I can't always find them and 2 for the price. I have read so much about the MB being inconsistent. I have to get some to give a try. If I knew my barrel would like them I would get 3k for the season.

    What is the reason for saying leave it alone? Do you not think that another coating would be able to be as smooth? It is absolute butter, and I want it slick more then I want it pretty. I am mainly asking if there is a option to achieve both.

    I have a Zermatt origin, the action is perfect and buttery smooth. I'm at 2200rds and the coating on the bolt has a good amount of wear. Zermatt said I could cerakote it but it wouldn't be as smooth. Anyone have have any first hand experience with a coating? I see alot if guys that can't run...

    To me it looks like the starting thread is rolled a little. I'm guessing u don't have access to a thread file. Take a small tri angle file and clean that thread. Then maybe take a silver sharpie and cover the thread and see where it's wearing away. Your doing right by not forcing it, it should...

    What about the L.E Wilson sizing die? Anyone using one. I know there seating dies are good and I use there mandrel die and it has been great but I haven't heard much about the bushing sizer.

    I'm in the same boat, I have type s dies for my 6cm and 338LM but I don't remember the sizing die being 260 lol. Maybe I'm being a cheap ass but I am considering the Hornady and the RCBS.
