    Winchester Model 70: Need proof that the is was official used by army/police before '66.

    I mean I have purchase orders by the Marines for Model 70's in sporter configuration, target configuration, etc. I have counts of them on the Marine rifle teams used in competition. 1930's to 1940's. Would that work?
