    Do you have access to other exterior ballistic calculators? What do those tell you? In my case, CB, 4DOF, AB all show very similar solutions in a no wind 1400 yard ballistic calculation. Maybe you could send a technical email to each of the ballistic app developers and tell them your problems...

    This supports my experiences as well. Pressure, barrel temperatures, firing string length/intensity, barrel to barrel steel variation, and cleaning regimes are all factors regarding barrel life, that can move the chambering known for barrel life into the barrel burner column and vice versa.
